HOW TO TAKE

  • Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day, approximately 20 minutes before food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) ext equiv to dry root 500mg, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow) ext equiv to dry root 200mg, Ulmus Rubra (Slippery Elm) inner stem bark powder 100mg, Ubidecarenone (CoQ10) 10mg, L-Glutamine 150mg, Zinc (as Gluconate) 5mg, Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper) ext equiv to dry fruit 5mg, Undaria Pinnatifida (Mekabu Seaweed) ext equiv dry whole plant 300mg.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Upon completion of checkout, Jess will send you a creative questionnaire via email (allow 24 hours to receive). Please fill out all required fields and return via email.

2. Upon receiving your creative questionnaire, I will schedule a 60 minute strategy call with you to gather important information and confirm questionnaire details provided.

4. From here, I will commence working on our creative direction (visual mood board). Please allow 3 business days to receive via email.

5. Upon receiving feedback, we will use our approved direction to design branding suite. 3 revisions are included in each package to help us refine your vision and ensure you are 100% happy with your new brand identity.

6. Upon final approval, all files will be delivered via Dropbox transfer.
PROJECT LEAD TIME

Our project lead times as follows:

  1. Intensive | 24 hours
  2. Essentials | 2-3 weeks
  3. Premium | 3-4 weeks

Please note: Lead times may vary at times and are dependant on timely client correspondence.
TERMS OF SERVICE

REVISION POLICY
Each design package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Should you require any additional revisions after the third round, additional charges will apply and be charged at $195 per request plus GST.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Innerbloom Creative does not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on projects In progress.
In accordance with Victorian Consumer Affairs, we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please ensure our design services are the right fit for you and your business prior to committing to our packages.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
In order to work most efficiently, all projects in progress communication is limited to email only, excluding recorded Zoom meetings or phone calls when required.
We require all revision requests and client approvals in writing.
Please Note: If client communication lapses within 30 days of sending artwork proofs or website previews, the project will be considered finalised.
I understand and agree to all terms of service as outlined per Innerbloom Creative.
