Framing your eyes with a flawless arch is easy. Dab a little eyebrow powder on the PONi Pro Brow Brush for a precision application then blend from the inside out to fill in gaps.
Go for the lighter palette shade if you're rocking minimal makeup for a natural look, work both shades for more definition or choose the darker colour for bold, statement brows.
Finish with our Zebra Brow Gel to lock hairs in place and add shine and volume.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Upon completion of checkout, Jess will send you a creative questionnaire via email (allow 24 hours to receive). Please fill out all required fields and return via email.
2. Upon receiving your creative questionnaire, I will schedule a 60 minute strategy call with you to gather important information and confirm questionnaire details provided.
4. From here, I will commence working on our creative direction (visual mood board). Please allow 3 business days to receive via email.
5. Upon receiving feedback, we will use our approved direction to design branding suite. 3 revisions are included in each package to help us refine your vision and ensure you are 100% happy with your new brand identity.
6. Upon final approval, all files will be delivered via Dropbox transfer.

Our project lead times as follows:
- Intensive | 24 hours
- Essentials | 2-3 weeks
- Premium | 3-4 weeks
Please note: Lead times may vary at times and are dependant on timely client correspondence.
TERMS OF SERVICE
REVISION POLICY
Each design package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Should you require any additional revisions after the third round, additional charges will apply and be charged at $195 per request plus GST.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Innerbloom Creative does not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on projects In progress.
In accordance with Victorian Consumer Affairs, we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please ensure our design services are the right fit for you and your business prior to committing to our packages.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
In order to work most efficiently, all projects in progress communication is limited to email only, excluding recorded Zoom meetings or phone calls when required.
We require all revision requests and client approvals in writing.
Please Note: If client communication lapses within 30 days of sending artwork proofs or website previews, the project will be considered finalised.
